Some months ago I set up an instance of tsng1.4.1 and was able to create a number of accounts including a couple of 'admin' accounts.

I have setup Timesheet NG on a debian system and all is working apart from LDAP authentication.

I have tried loads of diffrent settings in the configuration page to no avail.

I have tried to install Timesheet NG with Mysql 5.1 but I am facing problem for creation of database tables. Only five tables are created in database and below error accrue:
